Hi -- great web site. I teach in a school in Boston and the majority of our students are Haitian. They loved the information on Haiti and are glad that I can practice speaking Haitian Creole by using the notes from your class.
Thanks for a lot of information!
Blessings!

I was searching for parishes doing Generations of Faith and came across yours. We are doing the same program that we institued two years ago. It is good to see your web site and that Whole Parish Faith Formation is moving in your parish. Being the Faith Formation Director I am searching to see what other parishes are doing and have done. Great Web page. I am glad that I found your site. God Bless.

I am the Social Concerns Chairman for Church of the Ascension parish in Overland Park, Kansas. I am researching the possibility of setting up a twinning relationship with a third world church. Your site popped up in my Google. I would love an email back with info on how you got started - selecting the church, etc. and any other info related to twinning. I'm going to poke around your site and maybe I'll find a contact.
Thanks,
John Tarpley

I am happy to add my name to your guestbook, thank you for allowing me to do so. I was interested, when checking your site of finding a picture of our Lady of Grace. Like the Statue at Rue du Bac in Paris France. The statue in France; right behind the statue is the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Heart of Immaculate Mary as depicted on the Miraculous Medal. The reason being I will be building a page on the Internet soon for our group called Rosaries for Nations, I started in 1999 with increasing committed members praying Rosaries for conversion of people of all Nations and their Leaders. This year 2004, 11,500 prayed Rosaries {avarage} will be placed in the petition basket at every First Saturday Mass at Saint Francis De Sales Catholic Church, our Membership continues to increase. I thought this might be interesting to you. Thanks for allowing me to share about our Mission God's blessings Family Larry & Helen

I am impressed with the website. I attended OLGS 1937-1946. It brings back a lot of memories. I am looking for any information on Robert Ewing (Chelsea) I believe he attended OLGS at the same time I did. Any information would help. Fr Walsh was the Pastor at that time. My mother, Rose Spinelli, who at 95 years old is still a parishoner.

I am writing a book which contains pictures of railroad trains from 1937. One is a picture taken in Chelsea in 1937 with a large what looks like R.C. church in the background. Maybe if someone thinks they might identify this parish church they could email me and I would be happy to email them a print of the photo -- which is very indistinct. I am recovering from a stroke last June with the help of God and this is good busy work for me. Many thanks and God bless you all.

Growing up in Chelsea, I am a former parishioner. It was with sadness that I read they may close the church, having been baptised, took holy communion and confirmed at Our Lady of Grace, it has a special place in my heart. I hope you all have a very blessed Easter holiday.

My great grandmother, Julia Voke, help organize and start our Lady of Grace. I was baptized and received First Holy Communion at Our Lady of Grace. I still consider it home although I am now a parishoner at St. Joachim's in Rockport near my home in Gloucester. By the way, our sister parish is also on the Island of Hispanola in the Dominican Republic. My daughter and I travelled to the DR last winter to do mission work in this very poor parish.

I saw your photos of the Bavarian Oktoberfest! I guess everyone had great fun! But don`t you know, that every bavarian guy wears leather-trousers? Only little Philipp and Dominique were wearing typical bavarian clothes. As an original bavarian maid I hope that you will improve this next year! Many greetings from Pocking!
