$10000 Event Advertising

Again, for the 2007 $10,000 drawing we are offering an opportunity to purchase an ad to this event. This will be our major 2007 fundraiser for the Parish and it will be used to help fund many of the programs at Our Lady of Grace. With a $10,000 dollar grand prize as well as lesser cash prizes, this will appeal to a large diverse group from all over the Greater Boston area. We are going "all out" in publicizing this event.
This event will be advertised in all the major newspapers until May 9th.
It will be on the cable channels in Everett, Chelsea, Revere, Winthrop and East Boston.

What are we offering you?

Exposure.
Everyone who attends the event will be given an ad book which will have all participating business ads listed.
You can submit your own ad or we will structure one for you.
Additionally, there will be an advertisement board placed at the entrance for all attendees to view as they enter. Attendees will be encouraged to support the businesses that supported this fundraiser.
Finally, we will provide you with a free advertisement on our website for one year. If you have your own website, then we will provide a link to your website. Our website has one of the highest number of "HITS" of all church websites in the Boston area averaging 16 to 20 hits a day. Supporting data is available upon request.

1 line available on the front cover for $400. This includes a full page ad inside the book at no extra charge.

We will accept donations in the form of gift certificates, material items or services that are representative of your business. These items will be given away during the drawing where your business will be given credit for the donation with an announcment of your establishment as the donator and a brief description of your business. You will also be listed in the ad book as donating the specific item.
